Digital Camera SLR (Digital Single Lens Reflect (SLR) Camera)

Digital Camera SLR (Digital Single Lens Reflect (SLR) Camera)

Digital Single Lens Reflex (Digital SLR or DSLR) is a digital camera that uses automatic mirror system and pentaprisma or pentamirror to continue the light from the lens to the viewfinder.

How it works DSLR is as follows: for the purpose of seeing the object, the mirror will reflect light coming from the lens toward or older with an angle of about 90 degrees. Then the light reflectedoleha pentaprism to the photographer's eye. During the process ofcapturing images, the mirror will move upward and open theshutter window opens that allows the lens to project light toward thesensor.

Differences Between a DSLR and DigicamDesain reflection of light is a fundamental difference anatar DSLR and digital camerasin general, where the camera is generally a function to capture the light sensor (image) of the lens will work continuously andtransmitted to the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) or electronicviewfinder. While in DSLR images will be displayed to the opticalviewfinder a result of light reflected through a mirror andpentaprism. In this case brarti on a regular camera sensor will workcontinuously to display the image to the LCD or electronicviewfinder. While on the DSLR sensor will work only whencapturing images only. But today the development of a live previewon DSLR already allows a person to see objects in images via the LCD, although with some restrictions it has.
